Today I am going to have to look a little harder.
For example, the can of evaporated milk that fell on my toe was a negative.
But what are the positives?
I am surrounded by my loving family. I enjoy laughing and simply just being with them.
I need to separate the negative and look for the good.
On the days where it is hardest to look for the good, see it as an opportunity.
Each day is an opportunity to become a better and more positive person.
