St. Patrick

 "Christ with me, 

Christ before me, 

Christ behind me,

Christ in me, 

Christ beneath me, 

Christ above me, 

Christ on my right,

Christ on my left, 

Christ when I lie down,

Christ when I sit down,

Christ when I arise,

Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,

Happy St. Patrick's Day! 

This morning I celebrated St. Patrick's Feast Day with my goddaughter!

Together we watched a movie about St. Patrick's life.

One man, through faith in the one true God, converted Ireland.

He drove out snakes from the land, and that is still true to this day!

There are no snakes in Ireland! (We even asked Siri!)

The three leaf clover was used by St. Patrick to help explain the Holy Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit! Three persons, but one God. 

St. Patrick's faith inspires me to grow deeper into my faith.

 St. Patrick's awareness and obedience to do the Father's will, is a reminder for us to trust that God will take us where He wants us to be. 

We have only to keep still. 

"Be still and know that I am God. Be still and know that I am. Be still and know. Be still. Be." St. Patrick
