Courage Dear Heart

What are you angry about today? Is it a holy anger or a non holy anger? That's the question Matthew Kelly puts before us today.

Is your anger justified or not?

In tomorrow's Gospel, Jesus turns the table!

Literally, turns the tables over in the temple because he is angry that the temple is not being used as a house of worship.

His anger is just.

There is a lot in the world to be angry about, but not all of our anger is holy.

When we experience those moments of non holy anger, pray.

Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change... Courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.

Courage is found simply by praying that prayer.

"To have courage for whatever comes in life - everything lies in that." St. Teresa of Avila
