This quote showed up in the mail today from the Sisters of Life.
It made me think of a friend who shared a difficult experience.
All doors seemed closed for him.
He said, "God was his only hope."
God was with him.
Closed doors couldn't stop God from opening something beautiful.
God opened His heart.
He gave him grace to hope.

God wants to do more than just open doors for us.
He wants to open our hearts.
Have faith. Have trust. Have hope!

When I read your blog post this morning Gabs something wonderful came to me. When doors in front of me close, I can fall back into my open heart and the one who holds it. I can just rest there till God opens the next door for me! I love the quote from Pope Benedict too. Thank you! Amen.
