Lasting Value

 "Distinguish between our busyness and God's business. God cares what we do with our time and why we do it. God wants us to give our time to things of lasting value." Touching the Divine  

I need to simplify.

I feel like I am running in circles every single day. 

What has to get done? What am I doing next? 

I am too preoccupied with things that have meaningless value. 

Things I think I have to do or have to be doing...  

I am tired of being too distracted and busy. 

Life is better when it's simple. 

Less is more. 

Figuring out how to begin simplifying is the difficult part.   

But haven't I tried this simplifying thing before? 

It's an ongoing process. 

Everyday it's a choice to choose between the things that will make me less or make me more of who God wants me to be. 

I have to remind myself that simplifying doesn't mean doing more but being more with less distraction.

Let go of things that hold no eternal value.
