"My heaven is to remain forever in His presence. To call Him my Father and to be His child. In His divine arms, I do not fear the storm. Total abandonment. that alone is my law." St. Therese
Abandonment is acceptance.
Accepting His embrace.
He is our Father and we are his children.
We have to first learn how to walk before we can run.
Parents teach their children to walk and so He does with us.
The Father's arms are reached out to us.
He is ready to catch us when we stumble or fall.
He has faith in us.
Believe in His love for you!
Surrender and accept!
That's the next step!
"Many had 'prayed' Him, but one found the way to speak to him. She had found 'prayer,' and Jesus felt that a power had been released from him because of that humble, silent, faith-filled prayer of abandonment." Pasquale Foresi
