The Holy Name of Mary

Today we celebrate the Holy Name of Mary! 

“The devils not only fear but tremble at the very sound of her sacred name. As men fall prostrate with fear if a thunderbolt falls near them, so do the demons if they hear the name of Mary. The evil spirits greatly fear the Queen of Heaven, and flee at the sound of her name, as if from fire. The head of the dragon is crushed by this humble handmaid of the Lord! 

Satan must hate this day dedicated to Mary. 

A day dedicated to her holy name! 

There is great power in the holy name of Mary!

Though exorcisms may sometimes fail, the name of Mary will never fail.

Jesus has given us his Mother and all we have to do is call upon her name. 

Begin and end each day with Mary's name on your lips.
